
SELF-COMPASSION GROUP (8 WEEKS)
Are you hard on yourself? Unsure how to be kind to yourself? Or have difficulty cutting yourself some slack for human imperfections? If so, you benefit from learning to be more compassionate to yourself in a structured, systematic way, with the support of a group. We will go through teaching and exercises in class and there will be activities to practice between class to hone the skill of self-compassion. Self-compassion is associated with less stress, anxiety, and sadness, and more zest for life as well as stronger relationships. As such, most people benefit from learning to be kinder to themselves. This group is sometimes completed as a stand-alone class, and sometimes as a follow-up to another class we offer.
